Welcome to "Phil's Loco Photos"

Thanks to another cheap Air Miles offer I head off to München, and a five day DB Euro Domino chasing the remaining “real” howling and old paint 232s. Three different 103s are my overnight power to Berlin and up to Pasewalk where oldie 232.427 is active and on required track to Ueckermünde. I then head for a 202 from Neustrelitz Süd to Wittstock and then to Berlin with 232 power. My overnight was 103 to Erfurt and back to Halle to check out rush hour workings with the highlight being super grubby dark chocolate 232.675! After a trip to Halberstadt then to Thüringen and cover the 228s at Bad Langensalza and a few moves at Erfurt before a 103 to Frankfurt. I go back east on D451 to Görlitz and during the day on to Cottbus and then to Berlin and pick up two recent 234 conversions (545 and 549). Overnight is Erfurt and back (more 103 kms) and then cover the Berlin 232 and then to Pasewalk where I manage massive 232.688. I leave on the cross country service to Bützow and end up at Bad Kleinen for “Arkona” to Erfurt and do some moves around Meiningen and slowly make my way to München for my flight back home
